Please click through to WP:ATHLETE and scroll down to the "Track and Field" (or similarly named, I'm not staring at it right now) section for a list of notability requirements for track/running athletes. You can also remove the PROD tag yourself. Anyone can remove a PROD tag if they contest it, but be aware that other deletion processes exist, and it may be listed for deletion elsewhere if the notability requirement has still not been met.
