[edit]I am currently attempting to edit the SCI-FUN page, which was previously a stub, such that it contains more information about the work done by SCI-FUN, and remains accurate and up-to-date. I have not yet finished making these edits, and am looking to include more references to outside sources as I go along.
I hope to be able to show, through the edits that I make, the important contribution that SCI-FUN is making towards science education in Scotland, particularly in remote Highland schools that would struggle to visit a Science Centre.
I plan on editing this article further tomorrow, please do not delete it until I've had a chance to finish adding all that needs to be done. Then you can decide if it meets criteria or not.
Thanks

Is it possible to edit the title of this article from Sci-Fun to SCI-FUN? I can't find a way to do it and I wondered if it was a job for the wikipaedia powers that be.

- You do know by working for Sci-Fun & creating this is against Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy... 「ɠu¹ɖяy」¤ • ¢ 07:47, 13 October 2010 (UTC)
I have tried to write an unbiased article, stating only the facts of what SCI-FUN does, without offering any praise or opinion. According to the article you link to, a conflict of interest is discouraged but not disallowed. I have not hidden by identity or my possible conflict of interest. My aim was simply to alter the previous article, which was out-of-date and a stub, such that it reflected what SCI-FUN currently does and gave a little more information. If people feel that I have overstepped and the article verges on advertising, I would be very grateful to anyone who would edit the article to change this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Emily SCI-FUN (talk • contribs) 08:49, 13 October 2010 (UTC)

I have added a number of references now. I would be still be grateful to anyone who would care to check for style to ensure that it does not come across as advertising.

- Ok, just was making aware of the policies. The article is starting to shape up. When I get a chance, I will review the article & make any changes that fit within Wikipedia's standards. Also please sign you comments on talkpages with ~~~~. 「ɠu¹ɖяy」¤ • ¢ 00:54, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
