The Hohenschwangau article describes Schwangau as a municipality that contains Hohenschwangau within it. I think this is correct. However, the Schwangau article specifies Hohenschwangau as being some distance away from Schwangau, which would suggest either (1) this article is wrong, or (2) that Hohenschwangau has escaped from Schwangau and his wandering loose in the nearby countryside in dire need of wrangling by the municipal fathers of Schwangau or their more athletic proxies.
I don't know what "A castrum Swangowe is attested in 1090." means. There was a castle there in 1090 as shown in some ancient attestation? 47.201.108.88 (talk) 17:47, 26 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
