"Geiger" = violinist, not a name, in this case ;))
In Austrian German, an accordion may be called Zieharmonika, which would create a false friend in en.
History section of this article does not exactly comply with Schrammelmusik, the latter feeling more accurate -- both obviously are raw translations of corresponding deWP articles. Sorry that I feel unable to research granted details.

Note: I've asked about this on de:Wikipedia_Diskussion:WikiProjekt_Österreich#Die_Schrammeln (German) where, in theory, there should be a couple of competent editors around. No reply up to now. [w.] 05:13, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
