Better source would be good

"produced by Bayerischer Rundfunk in collaboration with RBB, and filmed biannually in Berlin and Munich." Could we have a better source for that? The existing source only documents that there was such an intent, not that it actually happened. Also, what do we mean by "filmed biannually in Berlin and Munich"?
