[edit]I stumbled upon these people during research on "Finnish operation" of NKVD in Leningrad Oblast and Karelia. Therefore I have reasons to believe that what Soviet/Russian sources say that Savakot are extinct "as a result of the process of ethnic consolidation" is ...er... understatement. The complete Finnish population of these areas was severely uprooted during 1934-1939, first by "voluntarily resettlement" then by outright repression. Threfore for now I left the text about their fate unfinished. At late as in 1929 they were clearly identifiable: [1] (Of course the whole article is unfinished, but that is my general laziness.) - üser:Altenmann >t 05:13, 13 November 2015 (UTC)
