Okay, here we go:

GA review (see here for criteria)

1. It is reasonably well written.

Everything seems great, I see just one small problem:

1. The picture needs a caption - it doesn't need to be fancy, even something along the lines of "Mutkurov during his tenure as Minister of War" is fine, but you need something there to contextualize the image.

To allow for this change to be made, I am placing the article on hold for a period of up to seven days. I'll be keeping an eye on this page regularly, so you can be sure that I'll notice any messages left here. Canadian Paul 03:15, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

Great! I forgot to mention that it would be nice to see some alt text per Wikipedia:Alternate text for images, but since that's not a GA requirement, I'm going to go ahead and promote the article now. Congratulations and thank you for your hard work! Canadian Paul 15:54, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
