I think the general notability tag is unwarranted. SVCC is part of a larger system of Illinois community colleges that has very clear Wikipedia notability. Providing adequate information on this system can only be accomplished by discussing its individual components. Since those components are individual educational institutions, it makes sense for each one to have its own Wikipedia entry.
