Editing Page
[edit]Hi all, As a heads up - this page will be edited for a graduate class over the next month (Nov. 2010), so any changes made externally during this period may not be saved. Thanks. A533jcis (talk) 03:23, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
Expansion
[edit]Perhaps this article could discuss how satellite galaxies are formed? (Whether it is by capture, by getting tidally separated from another galaxy, or by formation in parallel?) Also, it could discuss how a galaxy is determined to be a satellite and not just a passing member of the same group. Thanks.—RJH (talk) 22:03, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
