I'd also like to know the answer to that question. This article really needs more details added to it.

Let me point out that several years ago we tried to reach this point and it seemed to be nonexistent. People living in the area had not heard of it and the exact spot pinned on either MapQuest or Google Map is actually some king of park. The park-keeper did not know about anything either.
