I didn't make this section last night because I was plumb tuckered out, but I wanted to more fully explain the banner template I added to the article noting close paraphrasing. The article seems to be a barely changed copy of the obituary her brother wrote in most areas, often not just a close paraphrase but an outright copy without any indication of it being such (only two areas contain quotation marks to note the copying, and one of those was my doing because the sentence in question contained a fairly WP:POV and/or editorialized way of describing her work). I know the article is only a day old or so, and that the source in question is in the public domain and thus this doesn't have the extra issue of being a copyvio, but I really think areas where the obituary is appropriate to pull/paraphrase from should probably be rewritten and some of the places where it may not be a reliable source (i.e. the claim about the success of her school (something I also tagged), which I think should at least be pulled from somewhere other than the obituary because it might be less puffy and more likely to be fact-checked) need better sourcing. I don't usually chomp at the bit trying to drive-by tag an article so new, but when I came across it, the somewhat POV and then the copying (which explained said POV) struck me enough that I really felt the need to tag. :-/ - Purplewowies (talk) 17:10, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
