Noting for posterity that although I have no COI with Sara Templeton (I have never met nor interacted with her and do not live in the same part of NZ so haven't voted for her) I was asked to write a biography for her by an editor who does have a COI. I wrote the article, having made my own judgements about her notability, and what to include or exclude from the article, etc. The requesting editor sourced the photograph for me. The NZ editing community has just become aware that requested edits should be declared in edit summaries (see COI policy here), but as the article is already created I am declaring it here for full transparency. I've known Sara since 2013 and she's been on my COI list since I initially set it up in 2019. I suggested to DrThneed that Sara would make be a good candidate for her 1woman1day2024 project as there are loads of in-depth sources. And whilst we have many photos of her, DrThneed was intrigued by the Sustainable Development Goals necklace that's mentioned in some sources. I've had a look, and this article names the photographer of one of those photos, whom I happen to know. It was straightforward to talk the photographer through the VRT process on Commons. Please note that Wikipedia does not publish the names of non-notable children, unless they are very well known. Would an editor without a COI please attend to the latest edit?
