Hi Grnrchst -- as requested, here is a quick 20-minute assessment from WP Women in Green to help prepare the article for a full GA review. Ismailova sounds like an interesting filmmaker! With a few tweaks, I think the article is well on its way toward meeting GA criteria. I've listed a few comments and suggestions below:
The lead section could use expansion: add the year of birth and summarize Ismailova's most significant major works, films or prizes.
I'm noticing some repetitive phrasing around years and dates (e.g., "In 2013, this thing happened...", "In 2017, this other thing happened..."). You may want to vary some of that phrasing to make it a smoother read.
Are there any reviews/critiques of specific films or exhibits, especially the big ones like Zukhra or 40 Days of Silence? I can see that Ismailova has a substantial body of work, but there isn't much description of how those works have been received by audiences or critics.
In the Biography section, I'm seeing some potentially over-cited sentences -- for example, the simple claim that The Haunted was about the Turan tiger is backed up by five different sources. While not technically incorrect, I think it can make the text look a bit cluttered and hard to read. For BLP articles, my understanding is that claims only need to be backed up by multiple refs/citations if they are contentious claims (or if you're concerned about the breadth or quality of a single source).
I note that the subject of the article (User:Saodatismailova) has apparently edited a couple of things here herself. I would recommend double-checking those edits and just making sure that no inaccurate or uncited info may have been added, however well-intentioned. As a suggestion, you may also want to leave a talk page message for Saodatismailova to explain best practices for article subjects to flag errors or request edits, in order to avoid any conflict of interest issues in future.
