Cibolo development

@AB365: Surprisingly, I think that that both of those complexes are being built - right across the road from each other. The Santikos lot seems to be on the southwest side of Wiednerstien, which is actually part of Cibolo. The EVO complex is on the northeast side of the road, and in Schertz (both of those municipalities are a little gerrymandered in that area). Here's a very recent article where Santikos played out The Lorax on the site. Odd that they'd both dilute the market that way, but it seems to be the case. Thoughts?
