I could argue that the document I copied from is in the Public Domain, as it is US Government - BLM published. However, I think it best to rewrite it, which I'll do in the next day or two.Schmiebel (talk)

I thought that as well for that one source but it appears to be jointly published w/ local gov'ts. There is still the text copied from the journal which I doubt is public domain and needs a rewrite. If you need help, let me know.--NortyNort (Holla) 02:34, 15 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
