I looked her up on FreeBMD. She seems to be the Sandra D. Alfred (mother's maiden name Radzan) whose birth was registered in Marylebone district in 1943 (which matches with the information given on IMDB). She married Peter McGhee in 1970 in Hampstead district. No children seem to have been born to the couple and I couldn't find any further records relating to her. I assume she's still alive.
