San Pedro, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya → San Pedro, Bagabag – More concise and precise, also in accordance with new WP:MOSPHIL guidelines which requires the use of settlement-LGU (whether a city or a municipality) as the disambiguator. Since the Bagabag disamb page only lists two places named "Bagabag," and that only the Philippines has district-type administrative divisions called barangays (no "barangays" in Papua New Guinea), there's no need to use the name of the province because it is "overprecise."
