Burgess of Erie, Pennsylvania?
[edit]"History of Erie County" (1884), published by Warner, Beers and Co, suggests that a Samuel Hays served as burgess of the Borough of Erie, Pennsylvania in 1812. I would imagine the two Hayses are identical, but I don't want to assume anything. They are internally linked for the time being. Please advise whether the two are identical so I can include the dates of birth and death on the List of Burgesses of Erie, Pennsylvania. I would also like to add the WikiProject Erie flag on this discussion page. Pat 08:48, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
