The content here was a copyright violation , an almost exact duplicate of part of of his page at Jones Day, to which the firm owns the copyright, according to the copyright notice on their site, at [1]. To use this material, the copyright owner must give us a free license for this material , according to the specifications at WP:DCM. If you cannot obtain this, you must rewrite the material entirely, using the biography as a start. In the meantime, as the reviewing administrator here, I reduced the article to a stub that does not violate copyright, being just an identifying brief excerpt.
