And this person is on the edge of notability by WP:BAND. As near as I can tell, the only criteria this person fits is having a non-notable album featured on boston.com. This seems like a vanity page; the music history goes back to March 2010. Blue Rasberry 18:11, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

He's actually getting quite big. I don't see how this is any different than having a page for an up-and-coming athlete. He's touring a lot of colleges in New England currently and had a chart-topping single on iTunes. Just my two cents - I didn't put the page up. Ringer7 (talk) 02:59, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

He's notable enough for me to have pirated his album! lol —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.16.45.231 (talk) 17:56, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Was nominated for deletion and failed, Wisner does in fact meet notability requirements for a musical artist http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Samuel_Adams_Wisner Bro2baseball (talk) 20:51, 21 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Title of Article

[edit]

Since he is "known" as "Sam Adams", shouldn't the article be titled "Sam Adams (musician)"? Any reference linked to him uses "Sam Adams" as text.. and by wikipedia's article naming rules, should we not use the most notable form of his name? ~ [ Scott M. Howard ] ~ [ Talk ]:[ Contribs ] ~ 01:11, 20 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No claims are backed up, this article is terrible.

[note by JGallardo2600 on 2/7/2012] ^^ seriously?, anyways Sam Adams aka Sammy Adams now has 3 Albums, and has been touring. The information will flow in but we must protect the relevant information so that it can be referenced and added to later. Considering that no marketing information was added, this is clearly not a vanity page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JGallardo2600 (talkcontribs) 05:51, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong facts

[edit]

The fact that he started recording songs in 2008 is very wrong. He is featured on multiple songs on the rapper "Supraliminal"'s mixtapes from 2005-06. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.247.11.156 (talk) 09:22, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The lead could be adjusted, as I don't believe the most interesting or important fact about Sammy Adams is that he finished 11th in his fantasy football league in 2015. Chemgirl13 (talk) 00:31, 3 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
