Since Sam Hill can refer to a good amount of things I have reverted this page to a simple disambiguation page. I have redlinked Sam Hill (euphemism) since there seems to be enough information to earn its own article. I will probably start that page with the information which was once in this article but was removed without explanation. However, I do not think Sam Hill (the Development Director at NDO) is notable enough. I have, though, left him on this disambig page, as to not just remove him entirely since at least one person felt otherwise.
