Lack of sources

This article had a serious lack of sources for the great deal of content it contained. It has been the target of vandalism over a prolonged period including the addition of information which I was able to determine was false. Lack of refs is always a problem but where individuals are deliberately inserting false information it becomes an even greater problem because it is very hard to verify the changes that have been made. The article needs reference for the content it contains. In the absence of reference for the masses of information, I've trimmed the article back to basics which it might be reasonably easy to find appropriate references for.
