i added an IPA transcription in sard language and when doing so i indirectly discovered a couple of issues:

  • the iso 639-1 lang tag "sc" points to serbocroatian; i'm totally in favour of keeping serbocroatian as macrolanguage, but the lang tag "sc" according to iso 639-1 corresponds to sard. after noticing that i tried with the 3-letter tag and...
  • the iso 639-2 "srd" is not recognised as for sard yet, but still as a future ipa template (i might deal myself with that when i have the time).

i created an ipa help page for sardinian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_Sardinian) but cannot figure out how to link it to the ipa phonetic transcription i had previously added here. any help? --Sacdegemecs (talk) 06:19, 3 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I've just recovered the sardinian phonetic transcription removed by anonymous user (IP 87.5.17.68). RayankaN had partially recovered that deleting on 12:18, 17 July 2017, but surprisingly it kept my phonetic transcription removed‎. it was quite a personal effort to phonetically transcribe that.
