I would argue that the page is sufficiently notable to remain on wikipedia. The subject has a landscape attribute (the dell) named after her, which is featured on ordnance survey maps. Furthermore, local studies indicate that the dell was subsequently used by Dick Turpin as a hideout and she is sufficiently notorious and remembered to feature in the local governmental landscape character assessment.
