Merge
[edit]I agree with this suggested merger. The core concept here is the automation of information from and to a sales force. The SFA topic discusses the software while the Sales Force Management System covers the same topic, but extends to include consideration of the value provided each of the system's constituencies.
The suggested merger is correct. Sales Force Management Systems and Sales Force Automation Systems should be the same thing.
- Yes, please go ahead with the merger 80.247.94.110
In that case, it would be good that Sales Force Automation (SFA) is also included in the title of the article. This would allow direct access to this article from a search on SFA. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.120.97.167 (talk) 05:40, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
Sales Force Automation and Sales Force Management goes hand in hand. In today's work environment many businesses use the term sales Force Automation instead of Sales Force Management. But we need to keep in mind that Sales Force Management is a process and Sales Force Automation is more of a type of tool to utilize to the process. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Outlawry (talk • contribs) 01:20, 2 November 2010 (UTC)
