Two people named Saleem Kidwai, and now two artcles

At 22:00, 28 March 2011 an anonymous user 81.102.53.183 deleted all the content from the page Saleem Kidwai and replaced it with a stub about a completely different person with the same name. Although there is good justification for having an article about this other person, none was given on the discussion page.

I have gone ahead and restored this page to what it had been, an article about the historian from India. In addtion, I have created Saleem Kidwai (Wales) about second person, namely the Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Wales.
