These are all pretty minor issues, but I may as well mention them anyway since they won't be hard to fix. Tezero (talk) 20:56, 8 February 2014 (UTC)
- ""River Monsters" programme 6 Series 3 directed by Duncan Chard, screened in UK on ITV1 14.02.2012 at 19.30": Put this into a traditional citation format, preferably with a template. There might be one called "cite TV show" or something.
- The intro doesn't adequately summarize the "In human culture" section.
- Is there a way to combine the short paragraphs of "Myth and legend" into two or three? Does the block-quote need to be in that format?
- "They are generally not restricted to specific foods, but will feed on almost any organism of a reasonable size.": Only spiders, earthworms, and insects are mentioned; this set of creatures varies widely in size. Do salamanders consume, say, small lizards, fish, or other salamanders? If not, mention their preference for invertebrates.
- "Salamanders are usually considered to have no voice, but some species can make quiet ticking or popping noises, perhaps by the opening and closing of valves in the nose." Why do salamanders make noise? Communication? Attracting mates? Relieving tension? Just happenstance? Sounds like it would be mentioned in one of the sources. (To be fair, the section does say that one species cries out when attacked, but this doesn't cover all cases.)
- Thank you for taking on this review. I will work on the suggestions you make. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:17, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
