I am sorry, but this article is nowhere near meeting the good article criteria. The most important shortcomings are:
- Large portions of the article is unreferenced
- Most of the references are bare links; instead, they need to have proper formatting with at minimum an author/publisher, a URL, accessdate and a title.
- The article has a lot of vague phrases and weasel words, such as "According to official statistics, people of Sakib have a very high level of education". In this sentence, instead of saying "official statistics", cite the source. The most problematic is "very high level of education", which is totally unencyclopedic and could mean anything.
- The article far from covers all aspects of the scope. Some sections are diminutive, others, such as geography and transport, are lacking all-together. The history section fails to cover the modern era.
