Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... (This deletion tag has been placed because of a misunderstanding or lack of knowledge. King Sakalakala Wallakabahu is a son of Parakramabahu VIII of Kotte, not Vijayabahu VII of Kotte. King Sakalakala Wallakabahu ruled the sub kingdom Udugampola, not kotte. ) --Lkartlv (talk) 07:35, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- Dan arndt, The reason to place the tag for deletion for this article is not so called Duplication. It is because of done by User:Lkartlv! Isn't it? :) Lkartlv (talk) 07:58, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- In the article you state that he was the son of Parakramabahu VIII of Kotte and the step-brother of Parakramabahu IX of Kotte, which would then appear that he would be Vijayabahu VII of Kotte. Dan arndt (talk) 08:07, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- Lkartlv, it appears I was wrong he was the step brother of Vijayabahu VII. Have removed the speedy delete - sorry for the confusion. Dan arndt (talk) 09:21, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
