Article is all over the place, with cherry-picked quotes lifted directly word for word, and cites/sources which I don't believe are credible, external links are also dead. Tried to fix the article however I believe the article needs extensive re-editing C. Fairs claims have been dismissed by the Pakistani government. I noticed in the testimony it says Pakistan's Balochistan province is very sparsely populated but the quotes lifted from the article fail to mention this, Pakistan's provinces pay taxes on concessions based on the population, sparsely populated areas require less funding in terms of percentages so it is very misleading to use percentages to try and imply a particular territory of Pakistan isn't getting a fair deal.
