[edit]

This is still a work in progress, and as the sole Anguillian Sailing Wikpedian (to my knowledge) I shall do my best to bring this article up to speed as soon as I can - It will take time, but I should be able to write up the majority of the history. Some of this information will be from cultural knowledge as a result of being Anguillian (eg, racing rules, design of boats, when races are held) and most from the only book on the history of sailing in Anguilla, "Nuttin Bafflin" by David Carty, a local historian. Although this will appear to be a one man project, I will refer to many other local relatives, historians and other people including Mr. Carty. Although I may be the only person on Wikipedia who knows enough to write this article, I'm still a new user, so any formatting help, advice, edits or corrections would be much appreciated.

To any fellow Anguillians, I may be knowledgable but certainly not perfect, so please add in, even if you don't sail! :D
