Fiction
Remember that the film is a fiction- the stuff depicted never happened. Hitler wanted peace between Germany and Britain and peace between Germany and America. Hitler regarded Italy as a friendly country. He only invaded other countries for defensive reasons and never claimed any territory that was not formerly part of Germany
All ideas in the film are pleasant hate propaganda/emotional engineering.
