As the article states, there were no real "personnel" in the band - it was more a studio creation, directed by Usher.
The vocals were mostly Boettcher, the instruments Usher and a bunch of other musicians, some of whom were L.A. "Wrecking Crew" members. One number, "Glass," was sung by a friend of Boettcher's whose name no one can remember.
