Notable?

There is no article on the Turkish Wikipedia, and it appears that an article was deleted in 2009 as non-notable (if I can trust Google Translate of https://tr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Sabit_%C4%B0nce&action=edit&redlink=1 ).

He has won some awards, but it's hard to tell if they make him notable. I can't find any mention of what he has published (but it's hard to interpret the text). The list under "Further reading" seems to have nothing at all to do with Sabit İnce, and if that is so it adds nothing to the notability of Mr. İnce. Sjö (talk) 12:19, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
