Fair use rationale for Image:Sabercatlogo.jpg
[edit]Image:Sabercatlogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Discussion
[edit]Much of the discussion of the athletics and extracurriculars violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy.

Football subsection
[edit]The football section of this article should be drastically condensed. The focus of the article is Sabino High School, and though it should be noted if the football program is indeed so integral to the school, it is not justified to have roughly 3 times more information about the football program than about the rest of the aspects of the school. If there is a significant history of the football program, it should be included in its own Level 2 subsection. For an example, see the article about T. C. Williams High School, the high school about which the movie Remember the Titans was made.
Tables of statistics and records should be removed until citation is provided.

The part in the page about how cartle came and played wasn't because of those said people. The people who actually won it were part of the sabino high school marching band. We went down to the station and played a cartel song to win the contest. All of those people mentioned took no part in this achievement and should be removed (68.226.97.88 (talk) 08:31, 23 March 2010 (UTC))
If the football program is notable WP:NSPORTS then it could have its own article. Otherwise it needs to be trimmed severely so it's similar to other high schools with comparable football programs. AngusWOOF (talk) 18:56, 12 September 2012 (UTC)
- I am afraid the football program does not appear to be notable, so I do not think we can go down the split route. Op47 (talk) 16:36, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
