Foam detached and hit the orbiter
[edit]According to Space.com (http://www.space.com/10956-fluttering-debris-slams-discovery-heat-shield.html) approximately 3:50 after liftoff, debris hit the Discovery, may have been foam from the tank. Should that be a new section on the main page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.207.2.2 (talk) 19:18, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
- No, it was a minor event. In fact in the briefing yesterday, it was stated that the foam never actually hit the orbiter itself. I did put it in the FD1 summary in the article. Since foam loss is a common occurrence, it is not notable enough to warrant its own section.--NavyBlue84 19:43, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
Wrong Song
[edit]The section with the song lists a song title, but the link to the mp3 file is to a different song completely. I don't offhand know by title the song the text says was played; I wanted to see if I recognized it. I do recognize the song that played, it was a Billy Joel song. If I had the first clue how to fix this, I would... but I don't so I can't, and am bringing it up here instead. Thanks. 69.29.83.224 (talk) 21:25, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
- I linked to a different source (through the NASA site). It is working now, but the WAV file will keep you on Wikipedia. I also noticed whoever put it up used links from STS-132, just never adjusted them for STS-133.--NavyBlue84 00:36, 26 February 2011 (UTC)
Dead links.
[edit]I would like to bring it to attention that none of the links of the spacecraft songs played for the crew are functioning. All lead to "cannot be found" pages. This should be fixed, and I would do it myself, but I do not have any links to the songs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rsteilberg (talk • contribs) 14:08, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
