SS-Hauptamt → SS Main Office – This is the common name in English language literature; please see Google books result, and consistent with other related articles. K.e.coffman (talk) 05:31, 12 June 2016 (UTC)
- Comment - I have no preference as to whether the article title (and the ones on the other three you proposed for renaming) is in English or German but I'm curious why Hauptamt in this instance is translated as Head Office while, in Hauptamt SS-Gericht and the other two, the translation is Main Office. - Good point; the "SS Head Office" was something I was probably more familiar with: Google books results. But for consistency with other articles, it would make sense to stick with "Main" across the board. I updated the nomination accordingly. K.e.coffman (talk) 05:29, 12 June 2016 (UTC)
- Its just a matter of English translation. I could agree to: SS Main Office. Kierzek (talk) 15:24, 12 June 2016 (UTC)
- "SS Main Office" is acceptable and in line with other titles of comparable significance. Carlotm (talk) 01:06, 13 June 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Preserving here by providing this link. My rationale was: "Streamline infobox; c/e for concision". I also removed the portrait from the infobox. --K.e.coffman (talk) 12:30, 6 September 2018 (UTC)
