The bullet about SSM-A-23 Dart
[edit]Would someone please clarify the wording? The current wording makes it seem like the person who owned the company that was designing the missile, not the actual company that was designing the missile, changed twice. In fact, I almost made this section about asking you to link where it says "the company" to the Wikipedia page for the company (because I thought that there was only one company) instead.
