The result of the move request was: moved. Outcome at AfD indicated that "paper-and-pencil" is a legitimate genre, so the supports have it. (closed by non-admin page mover) Bensci54 (talk) 03:45, 11 February 2024 (UTC)
SOS (game) → SOS (paper-and-pencil game) – Incomplete disambiguation. Open to shorter disambiguation suggestions but the current title is ambiguous with several other games. * Pppery * it has begun... 00:02, 3 February 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. Bensci54 (talk) 06:09, 10 February 2024 (UTC)
- Support per nomination. Incomplete indeed at SOS (disambiguation)#Games where SOS (game) should redirect. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 03:50, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose For now, as I am not convinced "paper-and-pencil game" is a real game genre. The main article on it appears to be cited to very unreliable sources, and the name doesn't come up in anything reliable at all. For one, these games don't actually require a paper or a pencil, as anyone who has played tic-tac-toe on a misty window can attest to. After seeing this, I will be going and nominating it for deletion. It is possible that SOS (mathematical game) would be a suitable alternative. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 17:40, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
- Support this one has 1,528 views but the 1993 one has 559 and the arcade game has 86[[1]] which probably isn't enough for a PDAB. Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:19, 5 February 2024 (UTC)
- Support. It seems clear that even restricted to games, this one is not dominant enough to be a primary topic. The proposed more specific dab is fine. I prefer it over "mathematical game", because it seems clear that this is defined more as a game to be played and less as an example for mathematical study (in contrast to, for instance, the games underlying the Angel problem or graph pebbling). —David Eppstein (talk) 21:17, 5 February 2024 (UTC)
- Relisting comment: Relist to see outcome of Paper-and-pencil game AfD, which may impact the disambiguator here. Bensci54 (talk) 06:09, 10 February 2024 (UTC)
