The result of the move request was: not moved. Consensus is that Scottish National Party is not the primary topic for SNP Dpmuk (talk) 15:06, 22 March 2011 (UTC)
SNP → SNP (disambiguation) — Relisted. Vegaswikian (talk) 22:40, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
- So we can treat Scottish National Party as the primary meaning. PatGallacher (talk) 20:35, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
- If the Scottish National Party is the dominant meaning everywhere rather than merely in Britain. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 10:31, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
- Oppose "single nucleotide polymorphism" should be the primary meaning. 65.95.15.144 (talk) 04:12, 7 March 2011 (UTC)
- Support, as SNP is most recognized as the abbreviation of Scottish National Party. GoodDay (talk) 23:40, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
- Oppose. In Scotland, and probably the UK, "SNP" may be more recognised as referring to the Scottish National Party, but in other English-speaking countries maybe not. It's unclear whether there is a primary topic, as it also refers to Single-nucleotide polymorphism, and the disambiguation page is necessary as several other topics exist. Peter E. James (talk) 21:35, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
- Oppose: Single-nucleotide polymorphism is very notable worldwide. –CWenger (talk) 02:58, 15 March 2011 (UTC)
- Oppose: SNP should remain the primary disambiguation page. I don't see any hierarchy of terms that should be moved SNP (except for weak support for Single-nucleotide polymorphism). +mt 09:08, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
