I think the lead could be expanded a bit, probably three or four more sentences.
- I added one sentence, but I'm happy to take suggestions about what else is worthy of being included in the lede. I think that I'm a little too close to really be able to judge for myself.

- Probably, although I'd bet that there was one during the manufacturer's trials earlier. There's actually very little information on the flight testing program available. All that's given are the highlights.
