I think this page should be divided into two entries - SECR L class and SR L1 class. The L1 class locomotives were not rebuilds of the L class, but were new locomotives from a new designer and constructed by a new railway. I've got no problem with that, and wouldn't mind taking it on myself if I had more time, and wasn't working on four other articles. I'll bear this in mind for when my backlog of work has reduced somewhat.--Bulleid Pacific (talk) 08:19, 19 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
