Correct name?

Other than the Wisconsin Blue Book and compilations based on its contents, I can find no evidence that this guy's name was Solomon. I find lots and lots of references to Judge Samuel L. Rose or S. L. Rose of Beaver Dam: county judge, bank owner and president, railroad man. I am wondering if the "Solomon" is a transcription error that nobody's caught and corrected. --Orange Mike | Talk 20:35, 6 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
