The article indicates that Sinha is a justice on the Supreme Court of India. If true, that meets notability guidelines. The article needs alot of work, but speedy delete isn't justified Huadpe (talk) 12:20, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A bit of further research indicates that this is an exact copy of Mr. Sinha's webpage at the Supreme Court of India. This may or may not be a copyright violation (I don't know if the Indian government releases its works into the public domain), but certainly the article should be changed substantially. Sinha is notable and there should be an article about him, but the current incarnation does violate WP policy. Huadpe (talk) 12:24, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
