Reformatting/Replacing:
Use of the word heave in the article is a bit too informal, suggest replacing to throw.
Done
I heavily suggest using timephrases such as "a month later" and "the following year" since the article looks like a timeline rather than an overview.
Done –– I modified a sentences where applicable to use timephrases like you suggested.
12 Indoor Championships, and he secured, replace , and with where.
Fixed –– I copy edited this sentence for clarity and added more citations. (The change isn't exactly as requested because of rewriting the paragraph.)
June 2017, and he competed in..., replace and he with then.
Done
Use of the word he:
Crouser holds the world record..., replace Crouser with He, and add As of [DATE],... on the start of the sentence.
Partly done –– I added a sentence to indicate how long Crouser has held the indoor world record (January 2021). Now, both the indoor and outdoor world records have the date on which they were set.
In his fourth year, the athlete, I suggest using he instead of the athlete but that's on you.
Done
Ryan started participating..., use He instead of Ryan.
Done
Adding text:
Crouser was born on 18 December 1992 in Portland, Oregon, add comma on the end.
Comment: There is already a comma after Oregon. Please clarify if you meant something different.
Adding spaces:
...in Bressanone, Italy.There,..., add between Italy. and There.
Done
Sentences that have shotput to shot put.
Done
Removing words:
he opted to switch his major from engineering, omit he.

(b) (MoS)
Lists in Achievements; I suggest to change to similar list formats such as in Tyson Gay and Yulimar Rojas. Make the list dates in descending order to follow format in alike articles about athletes. Also rename to Major results, International competitions, or something similar instead.
Done –– I added a column to each table in this section with the year, allowing the viewer to sort by year of achievement. I also changed the heading "NCAA competition" to "NCAA championships". All the headings are now consistent with having "competition" in the name, just modified by whether it's global, national, or NCAA.
@CipherSleuth I forgot to mention to make the list in ascending order, starting with older years then working your way to more recent! If this is addressed I believe I can pass it!
I suggest changing Collegiate competition to Collegiate career or something similar. Same with Early life and youth sports to Early life and youth career.
Comment: I changed the heading "Early life and youth sports" to "Early life and youth competition". This makes the heading consistent with collegiate competition and senior competition.
Not done Thanks for pointing this out. I reviewed the MOS and did not identify in this particular usage that it presented a problem.
Inconsistency:
Usage of 18 December 1992 and December 18, 1992, suggest using the "m/d/y" dating format as the article is about an American athlete. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style#Retaining existing styles. Can also be found in 9 February, On 24 January,, 11 August 2021., etc., I suggest following the pattern to be consistent.
Fixed –– All dates changed to m/d/y format.
Use meters instead of metres in the list World Athletics Rankings. Either use only m or meters when being consistent in the article when describing measurements, examples such as throwing 21.21 m to defeat Stephen Mozia..., ...a third of all 22-m throws in the history of the sport., and ...and in Zagreb with 22.09 meters..
Earwig puts up nothing, did a manual spot check nothing to be seen.
Broad in its coverage:

(a) (major aspects)
Everything in the article seems to highlight the athlete's career well.
(b) (focused)
This method adds a lateral stepping motion across the throwing circle, which differs from traditional rotational or glide techniques. It is designed to optimize balance and power, allowing for a more efficient transfer of energy during the throw., somewhat relevant so it's the editors' choice to retain or not.
Comment: I prefer to keep this information. The technique Crouser used to set the world record is written about in several secondary sources about this performance. I think it's also nice to have some additional context about his performances, preventing the article from feeling like a timeline of he did X result, then Y, then Z etc. (which was a good observation you had in an earlier comment to prevent sounding like timeline).
Neutral: it represents viewpoints fairly and without editorial bias, giving due weight to each.

Reviewer has no notes, everything looks centered to the person with no bias.
Stable: it does not change significantly from day to day because of an ongoing edit war or content dispute.

(a) (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales)
Every image complies.
(b) (appropriate use with suitable captions)
I suggest arranging the images for his campaign at the 2016 Summer Olympics to be a bit more organized.
Comment: I am not sure what to change here. I like the multi-panel image, but I am open to only including one image, rather than two, if you think that look would look cleaner.
Nicknames, height, and weight in the infobox should be included in the body of the article and sourced.
Removed –– Nicknames removed from infobox due to absence of any reliable source to support them.
Done –– Crouser's height and weight have been added to the article (in the training regimen and coaching section) with attribution to source.
