FA Cup
[edit]He played in 4 FA Cup matches for Chelsea during their 2011-12 victorious season, and my understanding is that he is therefore eligible for a medal. GiantSnowman 22:49, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
- Rule 29b just says "The Association shall present 30 medals to playing staff and officials of both Clubs in the Final." Obviously we see the matchday 18 and some of the staff going up to be presented with one, but after that it's entirely Chelsea's decision as to who get any spares. Is whether he got a medal important? cheers, Struway2 (talk) 08:17, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
- The only "obvious" recipients are the matchday squad. Beyond that, I would suggest that the burden of proof is on those who would claim that anyone not in that group received a medal. Kevin McE (talk) 08:22, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
- Should be added as honour, even if he got no medal. Part of winning team, that's enough for me. A league title isn't shown only on the 11 players playing the last match. -Koppapa (talk) 16:19, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
- League winning medals are easier to source since they automatically go to anyone who played in 25% of matches (10 games in the case of the EPL). Jmorrison230582 (talk) 22:00, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
- I couldn't find a reliable source but he did tweet a picture of his winners medal here. I think that should enough proof as the honours section is general unreferenced & I know what your going to say, that's because it's in the body of the text, but it general refers to team not individual. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 02:18, 25 May 2012 (UTC)

Left winger
[edit]On numerous occasions he has been deployed as a left winger for chelsea. Should we add this to his playing positions? 59.177.2.121 (talk) 16:27, 25 August 2012 (UTC)
