"RXVT", "rxvt", or "Rxvt"?

Should it be "RXVT", "rxvt", or "Rxvt"? The article currently uses all three versions.

The unix manual page uses all-lowercase mentions (with the first letter capitalized when it's the first word of a sentence), although it also specifies that it's an acronym (ouR XVT, where XVT stands for Extended Virtual Terminal). —Paleo Neonate – 01:16, 29 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
