In the lead: "she was apparently not scrapped" - get rid of "apparently".
- Date of scrapping is uncertain in my source.
~~In the Design section: "but her endurance is unknown" - Can endurance be wikilinked?~~
"completed with 26 of the most-powerful guns available" - get rid of the hyphen between most and powerful.
- Good catch.
"Unfortunately it proved to be" - Put a comma after "unfortunately".
- Done.
"It backed by 10 inches (254 mm) of teak" - It was backed by 10 inches (254 mm) of teak
- Yep.
Can you wikilink Gunnery Training Detachment?
- Sure.
In the Service section, can you wikilink "Baranov gun" and "Engstrem gun"?
- Sure.
Can you wikilink mizzenmast?

It is a little hard for me to verify the copyright information, but it looks like it was up at DYK before with no problems, so I'll assume good faith. There are some spelling errors in the image summary, but otherwise no problems.

Overall comments

Nice work on this article as well. I'm a little surprised that a lot of these warships ended up as barges under Soviet rule, an interesting tidbit I'll store away in my mind. :P
