Government Agency?

I'm having trouble categorizing this particular article. Does the Russian Satellite Communications Company fall under "Government Agencies?" Twillisjr (talk) 16:32, 28 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No, it is not government agency. It is a state unitary enterprise (state-organized company without property). There are many many such state unitary enterprises in Russia. --TarzanASG (talk) 18:34, 29 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
