I think you should add that He has a son left in the Philippines. William Volckmann and he has 4 kids, Irynn, Nancy, Jeanette and Vincent. I'm Alison, the eldest daughter of Nancy.
- Volckmann had two wives. His first divorced him. They had one son. I will be addressing this shortly under the Family section. Thanks. Thomas R. Fasulo (talk) 18:54, 6 August 2012 (UTC)
Working on this article
[edit]I just finished reading Mike Guardia's book on Volckmann. I changed some text and expanded the Info box which was hidden. I plan to do a lot more, although I do not know if I will take this article to the level I did Wendell Fertig's. I am fully retired now and hope to contribute more to history articles I am interested in. Thomas R. Fasulo (talk) 21:28, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
I have completed adding information to all the sections for Volckmann, excepting World War II, that I plan to do. My next project will be to expand the World War II section based on Guardia's book and any other resources I can find. I'll have to skim through those pages so it may be a couple of weeks before I complete my work on that section. I do not intend to greatly increase the size of this section, but much additional information is still needed to relate his accomplishments during that period. Thomas R. Orphaned references in Russell W. Volckmann
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Russell W. Volckmann's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 11:56, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
